Software Technology, Inc. (STI) is a management and technology consulting firm that has served clients since 2004. This project turned its traditional static website into a corporate website with a custom CMS — a database-driven site that STI's own team can run.
The problem with static corporate sites
A consulting firm's website changes constantly: new services, new case insights, new job openings every week. On a static site each change needs a developer, so content goes stale and recruitment pages fall behind. Moving STI to a dynamic PHP platform with its own admin panel solved that.
What the public website covers
- Homepage — hero, client logos, "Why STI", services, industries, testimonials, insights and a careers call-to-action
- Services — a mega menu leading to detail pages for application services, digital transformation, cloud and infrastructure, data and analytics, cybersecurity, quality engineering, digital marketing, IT staffing and technology consulting
- Industries — how STI applies its services to different sectors
- Insights — articles and thought leadership published from the CMS
- Global presence — office information, FAQs and legal pages
A careers section that actually recruits
For an IT staffing and consulting firm, hiring is half the business. The careers area includes open positions, job detail pages, a full application flow with résumé upload, and contract positions. A job ticker in the navigation keeps live openings in front of every visitor.
The admin CMS
Behind the site, STI's team manages pages, services, jobs, media, forms and insights from one panel. Marketing publishes articles, HR posts roles, and nobody waits on a developer for routine updates — the main reason the rebuild was worth doing.
