These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://easyquickweb.com and to web design, development, ecommerce, SEO, and related services provided by EasyQuickWeb (“EasyQuickWeb”, “we”, “us”) from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

EasyQuickWeb provides website design and digital services to businesses. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are defined in a written quotation, proposal, or invoice agreed before work begins. Package summaries on our pricing page are indicative; the signed quote controls in case of conflict.

2. Quotations and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Standard terms: 50% advance to schedule work, balance on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at applicable rates will be added to invoices.
• Late payments may pause work or incur reactivation fees after 15 days past due.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, content, and timely approvals; ensure you have rights to all materials you supply; and provide domain or hosting credentials when required. Delays in client feedback may extend delivery dates without penalty to EasyQuickWeb.

4. Revisions and scope changes

Each package includes reasonable revisions as stated in your quote. Additional pages, features, or redesign rounds outside scope are billed separately. Change requests must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp from an authorised contact is acceptable).

5. Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom design and content we create for your project, excluding third-party stock assets and licensed plugins.
• EasyQuickWeb may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless a confidential project is agreed in writing.
• We retain rights to our pre-existing code libraries, templates, and methodologies.

6. Third-party services

Websites may rely on hosting providers, payment gateways, Google Maps, analytics, fonts, and CMS plugins. You are responsible for ongoing third-party fees, renewals, and compliance with their terms.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or sales outcomes. The website and information on this site are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, EasyQuickWeb’s total liability for any claim arising from a project or use of this website shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific project in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable once design or development work has started. If you cancel before work begins, we may refund the advance minus any documented third-party costs already incurred. Hosting, domain, and licence purchases are generally non-refundable once procured.

10. Website use

You may not use our site to transmit malware or unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape site content for competing commercial directories without permission.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including contact form submissions and analytics.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection remedies available under Indian law.
